Got my engine raised today but will be a few days before i get to take it out. Maybe wednesday evening.

Got to run the new mercury X7 with my new engine height adjustments today and love it! Joe3buck3 your results are dead on with mine, i forgot to screen shot the vessel view before powering the app down but i will next time. I hit 51mph. Running 6200 rpm. With 1/2 tank of fuel, full fishing gear,my 310 lb fishing partner, and an outside temp of 90 deg. With just a light chop on the water it drove and handled great! Water pressure at WOT if i remember right was about 40psi. All trimmed out. Im very pleased with my set up and have no plans to adjust anything else. Thank you to everyone!! For your input gatorglenn,joe3buck3 you two were right on the money getting me to what i believe is the max performance of this boat. Thank you!

Don't want to hijack this thread but there's a lot of Tracker PT 190 TX owners here.........Can someone over the weekend measure the widest part of one of these boats? Website says 7'5" for package width, just need confirmation. Thanks !!!!

My 2017 PT 190 TX measures approximately 90" at the widest point on the stern. Pretty close to the 89" advertised by Tracker. My gate opening is only 96" and I carefully back my boat/trailer through that opening several times per week with no issues.

Ok if knowone else will i will..You claim 50 mph with 782lbs of people,full tank of fuel and all your gear.I claim fowl,im running the exact same set up as you are.Me at 300lbs and half fuel under excellent conditions =49.5 top end,cant see you getting what you claim with that load,no way.

Cant explain it man had it on vessel view mobile. Perfect conditions i guess, i have no reason to lie about it if that what your gettin at? I was getting 50mph. Before raising the motor two holes.

Ahhhhh, Buzzbait53 you threw me off posting in this thread about something i said in the topic glass to tin. I did say right at 50mph and no that run with that load was not with vessel view, that was reading my speedo which i know is not accurate thats why i said right at (according to speedo ) i though you were talkin about the above post when i first moved the engine. My appoligies you are correct when i said right around it was somewhere between 45-50 according to speedo dont know the true speed.

Probably, Seems like most boat makers just go with a generic setup and leave it to the new owner to fine tune it the way they want it. And congrats on the new boat! Your gonna love it!
