Air Fryer Roasted Peanuts
Another air fryer success. Had been screwing with boiled peanuts and had a bunch left over which didnt get boiled. Coated them in oil / seasoning and threw them in the fryer. Came out really good as I like them roasted beyond the point you typically buy them. Sounds crazy but I like them to have a really nutty flavor you dont get until they are roasted close to the point of being burnt. I guess sorta like roasting coffee beans.
Had some left over boiled peanuts im going to give a try in the air fryer. Hopefully they retain the flavor I just doubt they will have the crunch of a roasted nut.

To my surprise the boiled then roasted nuts turned out really good. The nut seemed to dry out and was about as crisp as a typical dry roasted nut. Plus it retained the flavor of the crab / Cajun seasoning. If you have some boiled left over or just want to give it a try with your air fryer its worth the time.
