Not sure what units you have but if all the transducers are truly running at different frequencies, you shouldn't get any interference.
I have an HB and a Lowrance at the console of my tin boat and they play nice together. For 2D, I have the Lowrance on 83khz and the HB on 200khz. For imaging, if I have the Lowrance on I'll use 455khz and the HB on 800khz. Some of the newer units now do CHIRP so you may have more flexibilty in what frequencies can be used.
