Put a new hub in my new Bravo and cannot get it to seat all the way. It is tight as hell and even tightening the nut on the prop shaft won’t seat it that last 3/16”. It is on a torque master gen II lower unit. Any suggestions appreciated.

I've never done this, but over the years hear of mechanics put tight fitting gear to shaft, in a deep freezer. then slide onto a shaft, and in a few its stuck. but I always thing well heat expands and cold contracts .. lolo But it may work, but then the cold becomes brittle .. and don't want hot heat near rubber ...perplexing huh? maybe a expert will pop in , have a good weekend
A Bravo doesn't look like it's seated at times. The inner washer should take up the space....you do have 3 washers correct?

What Hub Kit are you using?
Unfortunately, I don’t know the hub kit model number as the folks that hung the motor installed on the original Fury prop. I switched to a Bravo and just swapped the hub over. It was very tight in the Fury but seated flush with the prop
