Zx225 storage length more than website numbers

For anyone who might be considering this model, the storage length with the motor trimmed down vertically and tounge swung, its 23’3”. I have a garage that’s 23’6” and it is very tight. Website says 22’11”, which is not what mine is. 2018 ZX 225, color G, simply beautiful boat!

    Congrats on the new boat.

i had the opposite happen. Storage facility leased me a 25 feet deep unit only to find out it was a foot shorter once it was trimmed out and door installed. I had that same face palm moment!

Yes, it seems the website is wrong. I have a 2018 ZX200 and the site says it's shortest length is 22'8" and the ZX225 is 5 inches longer so 23'3" or 23'4" should be the correct number. I fit mine in a 20'2" garage.

You don’t make much sense. Yes it’s a new boat, just giving some real world storage numbers as it’s like pulling teeth to get accurate numbers on any brand.

Could it be just moving the bow stop toward the tongue to gain less overall length. It seems that Skeeter moved the bow eye way under the boat to achieve a shorter overall length.

Good to hear real world numbers, I only have 23ft so seems like I could squeeze a 225 in it - thought only a ZX200 would fit based on website.
