    if you have access to a printer, can you print this in actual size and compare. after printed it should measure 4x10 and holes at center 5"" and 2"

    yes I have confirmed with a few guys and with Phoenix that all the plates are the same so yes if you prefer they will be pre-drilled to match the factory holes
