Dual power poles only one working

Have dual power powers , seemed to be having trouble syncing for a while. Now I can only get one to work, green lights all blinking . Tried pushing button on top of power pole motor one works other not. Any ideas?

download the app on your I phone c monster app then go thur the sequence to pair them together but when you hit pair must push also on your remote at same time , also I think it would take 2 people to do it by pushing both buttons on top the pumps at the same time and hold in on the button on the dash , and I do believe if you go to the manuel it will explain what needs to be done
