1. Export your userdata on your echomap to the sd card.
  2. Remove the micro sd from the echomap, put it in the computer, and open up Homeport.
  3. In homeport, select your waypoints file and then hit File---> Export----> Export "WAY" and save the waypoints file as a .gpx file.
  4. Email the .gpx file to yourself and download it on your phone.
  5. Open the .gpx file in ActiveCaptain on my phone. (Note: You may need to use a third party file explorer such as FX File Explorer (android) to do this) Violia!



Unfortunately, you will have to manually sync if you add waypoints on either end. It takes a bit, but isn't terrible. It does make the new wifi enabled models look attractive!
