New pontoon owner with horn question

I picked up a 2013 Suntracker party barge for my wife. Boat is in excellent condition with only46 hours on the motor. Everything works except the horn. I finally found it under the deck. Is this a common problem with under deck horns? I did a little surching and can replace it with the same horn for $23 but donít want to have to do it all the time if they are a problem. Have others had problems with these horns?

Not a common problem. Get a 12 volt tester and check if there is any power getting to the horn and you hit the switch
