Good question Flash.....because the Bojangles website is useless.
Lot of piecemeal bags. Many lake locals appeared to struggle for the bigger bites. 70 boats I think it was. 18 something to win, 16.83 or so for second, 15 and change for third down to 14.01 for 9th & 10th last paid. Rough weather, terrible for two hours but otherwise just cold and wet and windy. Saw several spots weighed in. Big fish was 7.08 by a guy that didn't place. Lots of folks left a little early or soon as checked in.

The fish I caught during the Bojangles on Gaston, before I let my ability to drive back on wet roads get me home safely in spite of those abilities being questioned, were definitely not skinny but they were not prespawn fat. 2 largemouth and a spot all around 2.5 lbs.

I think that one was meant for me. Me and him go way back fishing together over the years. He was talking about the spawn.
Sorry, just saying I don't think that any of that first spawn will hatch in water that cold. Fish I am catching are not nearly. As fat as last month. And seem to be alot of empty beds. Waiting to refill. Lol

I really ain’t. I wish I was and Chris keeps saying I’m going but I’m not. Going to stay around the house this weekend and my take my son out for a little tournament here. Should be a good one on Gaston heck it should be good anywhere this weekend.
