Storing tackle in a un-heated garage

I recently built a metal pole barn with concrete and 2x6 insulated walls and ceiling. I currenlty have no hvac and wondering if the heat/cold will mess any of my tackle up if I chose to store it in the building.

Humidity is only thing you need to contend with

damp rid buckets work great spaced around the garage
