Heading to Cumberland this weekend to get familiar with the lake and spectate a bit. I have never been there. Could use some recommendations on where to launch at, I will be by myself so low crowds would be nice.

There is a BIG FLW event there this weekend. I think they are launching from Burnside so you will need to avoid that area if you dont want a crowd. Heck with this event there might be a crowd everywhere.
Maybe launch down by the dam. I think its called Wolf Creek maybe ??
Yep Wolf Creek dam, the resort in Jamestown, state dock at Jamestown too.

Check out Halcombs Landing Boat Ramp it right off 127 below Jamestown.
You can also launch at the Halcomb Ramp right next to the dam and there are good ramps at Beaver Creek Marina and in Indian Creek at Grider Hill Marina as well.
