2010 21XS elite how to drain fuel?

Hello I'm currently looking at a 21XS that's been sitting for a few years. I want to drain the fuel and put fresh in before firing it up. I wasn't sure if this model had an anti siphon valve or not? Or what would be the quickest way to drain it. Thanks in advance.

Remove the fuel tank sending unit.
Jack up the boat and trailer, so all the fuel goes to the corner of the tank closest to the sending unit opening.
Siphon out the fuel.

Thanks. Yeah I wasn't sure how to get to it, until I pulled cooler out. It's right there. Should be pretty easy.
