May have already been asked but I didnt see it. I make myself hit the gym a minimum of 4 days a week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and either on Saturday and or Sunday. I may make it more than that but for sure 4 days.

Not enough. Have fallen off the wagon and desperately need to get back before pool season. But the looks are one thing, the better feeling is what I need.

Mon-wed-thurs are gym days.
Sat or sun are a bike or run day. Usually 2+ hours.
I try to go 4 days at minimum if work allows.

Usually 2 or 3 days a week. I like to run outside too. It's been windy and it's starting to warm up which I don't like. My gym has an indoor track which is really convenient. I ran 2.2 miles today in 18:48 at the gym. I did core work first then ran. It was windy.

The wife and I train together...Monday, Wednesday and Friday is the gym night, which is purely weight training. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday she does cardio at home and I do core, flexibility and agility training.
What we cannot obtain from intelligence, we can learn from experience.
5-6 days. And when I don't go, I try to walk 1-2 miles on my own.

I went 3 days this week to the gym. Actually lifted weights one day. Did core work and ran my 14 laps the other 2 days. That's about 2.2 miles. It's been so windy lately. I'm lucky my gym has an indoor track.

Been doing a minimum of two miles per day at home on the treadmill everyday. Need to start hitting the weights this year. Trying to break through the plateau I have been stuck in.
