Grew up at lake santee. It is considered private w/yearly lot dues, septic etc. Only 250 acres but has some good fishing. Very crowded weekends but pretty quiet through the week.
How about buying a house 15 miles from santee with 2 ponds, 3300 sq. ft home on 15 acres???? Hmmmmmm 45 minutes from indy.
