    Trim gauges are for hole shot and looks only needles down smash the pedal to the floor and go . When dialing in for top end watch the rpms and gps maybe the water pressure gauge if your raising the jack plate . When it stops making speed you went one tap to high on the trim . That’s it that all you need to do for that day and that load your running . Different props need different motor heights to run there best one motor height will not work for different props and loads .

    Well finally got to run the boat again, and with just me one large plug was perfect setup and out of the hole super strong. I think with two people no plugs will be the best especially with loaded wells. Thanks for the help and information.

    We're at 2400 feet up here in Montana, with an Eyra, Puma, or Cougar, you're good with a 25 Fury. I saw BCB recommending a 24 but we don't need to go that low until you get into the bigger hulls or drop to 225HP
