    **COPOLYMER KNOTS?**

Are special knots needed when using a copolymer line like P-Line CXX? I use a trilene knot with braid and mono and I am curious if it will be just as good with this.

The Uni Knot is excellent with P-line CXX. It is the only knot I use anymore.

Double uni or blood knot. Kind of the same.

I use the Palomar or Trilene Knot. Trilene Knot mainly for big swimbaits where you would need 2' of line to make a loop big enough to get over the lure when tying a Palomar Knot. FG knot when tying CXX leader to braid mainline. Zero problems.

palomar, but that line will handle any knot that's worth it's salt.

Thank yall! I spooled some 15# up last night and stretched it out real good. Seems like it is a beast of some fishing line.

I like the clinch or improved clinch knot, easy to tie and never had a problem, I use McCoy.
