Try Great Lakes Skipper. Mine is the original so don't know if they would have it or something similar.

checked with Great Lakes, they didn't have one that would work mine has to fit a 2 3/16 hole if anyone had any ideas please send them on
Maybe you could look into buying a whole new steering wheel that comes with a cap? I know that may seem like overkill but you can find some really nice steering wheels for cheap. Look up Gussi steering wheels on eBay. Some look really good and can be purchased for as little as $35. Great way to give your boat a quick and easy face lift.
