I pulled mine because both fenders were loose last weekend. I used a rotory tool to cut slots in each of the stud posts. Then qdded some penetrating oil and pulled each nut off with a dewault battery powered impact. Cleaned the threads, then took the bolts and placed them in a vise and cut deeper slots into the bolts till I could get a fairly long bladed screwdriver to bite. Purchased new nuts and then used the battery impact to cinch them up. Easy job and it worked on all of the bolts. In terms of gluing the pad down. Ic-2000 is what most folks and myself are using. Ranger uses loctite 3600 but it’s pretty expensive in comparison.
I realize this is an old thread but maybe my 2 cents will help someone else down the road when searching
