We always use the Washington County ramp.

i agree Washington County its a nice ramp if your going to fish the upper end. my second choice would be observation knob which is located more mid lake. 421 ramp is more toward the lower end. all three are decent ramps.
I used a ramp at the very top of the lake when I went....don't know the name but it was about as far north on the lake as you can get...the ramp was decent and free if I recall
