1998 Mercury 115 ELPTO. Serial number is 0G664958
I have a 1998 171 Champion with a 1998 Mercury 115. Motor has only been ran 3 times in the last year so its just been sitting. It runs great at high RPMs but a little rough at idle. Might be idling too high as well. Also the steering is a little tight. I was told possibly new cables. Any help with diagnostics would be great guys!

Have you checked the BASICS, and had all Sync-n-Link settings verified?

make sure its not trying to run on all 4 idle on top 2 only
