hpdi 250, no water pumping out

took my 2009 hpdi 250 out yesterday, i noticed it was not peeing any water. Temp never went up, no alarms....ect. I was told to check the exit hole to make sure it was not pluged up. Today i put a wire in the hole, seemed pluged some . Any one else have this issue ever? thanks

Happens from time to time, just keep some pieces of 18 gauge electrical wire about 18" long handy.

No on that model year I put about 15" up the "pee hole".
Don't use anything hard, it could tear something.

Sometimes spiders or bugs get up in there and clog up the tube, do like above post but be gentle, I put a piece of tape over the hole when I winterize so this dosent happen

Dang wasp around here likes to stop them up with white mud. Just put a small piece of tape over hole when you get off the water it will blow off when you start the motor.
