    Early season Report!

    Who has been out? What lake, water temps, species. Good day or not ? What lure/presentation? Any good ones? Lets hear your early season fishing reports.

    4 hours on the good old erie canal today. water temp was 42. caught 3 keepers. First time out for the season. didn't try too hard. was more focused on making sure everything was working right.

    Where on the Erie, what on? Largies or smallmouth?

    Erie canal is on fire!! Caught over 20 bass yesterday. Crappies are turning on. water temps in low 50s

    Was on a small lake in Madison county today water temps were 43. 3 bass 10 pickerel in 4 hrs, super slow for spring

    Was out on onondaga Saturday scanning and the lake was 50 to 51, give it 2 weeks and it will be prime.

    Mohawk river between lock 8-9 water is drawn down my son and I hit one of our bank spots the other day.......................Waldo's and SMB on Jerks and tubes.

    Just pulled the Triton out of the garage and will be hitting Toga or Ballston this weekend!

    Anyone have a report for Lake Champlain. I'm headed their in a couple weeks. Water temp? Water levels? Anything is appreciated.

    Was on Champ last weekend and water is at around 95' and temps ranging from high 40's to low 50's. Some guys yesterday hit spots in the 60's. I didn't catch much bit it looks like only smallies still.

    Fished Sodus Bay this morning. Could only fish from 6:30-8:30. Had a bunch of yard work to do. Caught 9 bass and a 10 pound Pike. Biggest bass was 4.8 pounds. Caught on a crankbait. All the others were on jigs. Water temps were around 57. Best 5 went 17-1/2 pounds. Not bad for a morning trip.
