A friend has a detached garage with a room above That They are thinking about renting out. Main room has pullout couch with kitchenette. Bedroom has two double beds. Separate bath has enclosed shower, no tub. Waterfront with full use of boat dock with lift.. close to eat on ferry.
Anyone have any interest in renting this place for the night, weekend or possibly longer?

This is just getting started ,so I will ask what do you think a fair price would be for waterfront. I would think more a motel?
Do they also have a ramp to use or would you have to still go to eat on ferry to launch? If not then waterfront doesn't garner much extra for tourney guys unless for multi day (if there's dock power).
Bass guys care about:
1. Security. Is their boat going to get messed with where they have to park it?
2. Parking. Is there enough room to maneuver a truck and trailer or possibly 2?
3. Power. Is there access to an outlet where they can keep their batteries charged?
After those things, the rest are all "nice to haves".
