I have an older hull, but I called Matt Lahti at Marine Propeller Warehouse. He said I need a 26 fury, let him work it. Fury's run terrible on my hull. Bought a brand new fury, let him work it, it ran great! Broke 80 for the first time, light, with a stock 250 Pro XB. I've done a lot of work to the motor since then, ran 80.5 with the fury with 45 gal fuel, both livewells full. A worked fury CAN carry a load!

I'd say if you can only run 80 with that set up you need to find a real prop guy . And if you did extra work to the motor you should be able to touch 83-84

My 2017 21 TRX will run 80 with just me and a regular load, tourney loaded with partner it will run 76, have not messed with props or engine heigth that much, all I did was order a Mercury 300XS , works pretty good.

I was clear about the hull, I was commenting on a fury prop. I've run 86.3 light. This thread was about finding the op a prop
