    Your talking apples and oranges between a 2000 tr21 with an xb and a trx with a pro xs
    I'd say if you can only run 80 with that set up you need to find a real prop guy . And if you did extra work to the motor you should be able to touch 83-84

    my 06 21hp would run 78-79 al day with a xs with a 26 tempest the trx is a bigger boat

    My 2017 21 TRX will run 80 with just me and a regular load, tourney loaded with partner it will run 76, have not messed with props or engine heigth that much, all I did was order a Mercury 300XS , works pretty good.

    I was clear about the hull, I was commenting on a fury prop. I've run 86.3 light. This thread was about finding the op a prop
