    Depending on prop, P2P is between 2 1/2" to 1 3/4"...

Try a 28 Promax. You will need a blowout ring and plugs in the PVS holes.

you have 12inch plate so that is good....I have no knowledge of sho... we are running mercury 300xs with 28 lab bravo on 721 at 83 mph all day long....now the fastest prop I have is a worked 27 pitch fury 3 blade but man this hull gets loose.....

another friend of mine runs a 920 with 12 inch plate and mercury 300xs and fury 27 3 blade to 86 and he loves the fury 3 blade

our rigs are loaded to fish not stripped down and trolling motors.....we are running 1/2 tank fuel and no butt seat and no back seats and passenger consoles are in boat...

you aren't surfacing the lab are you? Thinking about one, but with the SHO running as high as it does, I'm a little worried I'd throw a blade on it...

Why is speed the most important factor here?

20 PHX, Yamaha 250 SHO(flashed), Lithium Pro batteries - Full fishing load including 1/2 tank gas, Ultrex 36V hanging on the front, Solix 12 mounted up front, Solix 15 at counsel..I did have the butt seats removed..

    Stock 28 Bravo XS

    Two people 79.0 mph
    One person 81.4 mph

You can see in the video that toward end of the run the rpm started jumping around. Water was rough and was appears the prop surfacing on the rough water..shut it down there..

I'm a little suprised a stock bravo was quicker than a sho prop. How was the hole shot on it?

The 27 Bravo was just a rocket out of hole...the 28 is not quite as good, but very close...still better than any of the other props tested next to the 27

Old fart here (pushing 60) and running a lead sled 15yo Ranger 205VS W/225 EFI. Top speed about 69mph. Way past the age of wanting to get 2 more mph out of my rig by spending extra on different props etc but to each his own. Looking seriously at Phoenix from all the positives on the boat but the negatives by some on the trailer has me worried as this will be my last boat.

Does that void the warranty? Can you legally fish tournaments now with 250hp limits?

He left the limiter in place so I believe the warranty is still valid so long as they can prove the problem wasn't cause from being flashed.
As far as 250 hp tourneys, not legally, but who's going to check?

Thanks for the clarification on the warranty. The other I guess someone that has a similar boat and gets beat by him speed wise could protest and then they could investigate your engine.
