    Yeah, that’s a pretty slam dunk case based on eyewitness accounts. The $10,000.00 fine won’t phase him, but maybe he’ll actually serve some time for the offense. An a$$hole is an a$$hole regardless of what they do for a living.

    Maybe he has a different version of what happened .. he has shown himself to be pretty truthful in the past .. I’m sure the elderly para lady assaulted him

    There should be morality clauses in all professional sports contracts. If you act like a thug and get arrested then there should be a minimum of a year suspension without pay, get arrested again and you are banned from the sport for life and all current contracts are void, but the reality is if you are a decent player the teams are going to protect you and keep you playing. Alden Smith, a former 49er and Raider just got arrested again for harassing the victim of his last arrest.

    I have so had it with people that think they are better then everyone else because they have $$$$ or fame! No way any of these Professional athletes should be making tens of millions of dollars to play a GAME. Ridiculous in my opinion.

    That guy is everywhere. Wasn't that the same guy who was caught up in the Las Vegas incident where the cops were mean to him when there was a suspected shooting? He plans on being a politician when he retires from football.

    What's up with having a 66 year old lady who is in a wheel chair pulling security at the super bowl? Now I guess criminals can get hit up with a hate crime for not listening to disabled security folks.

    Read about it in the paper this morning.

    The police told him to use a different entrance onto the field. He pushed past a security guard pushing several women down and knocking the paraplegic out of her chair.

    OH BOY----- lets run on to the field and celebrate like a 5 year old.
