What kind of speed are you getting out of these boats?
I have seen 68 with 2guys in my 205 but was hitting rev limiter will get prop back soon I figure right at 70 will be my best.
Torica Whittey has 215 with a 250 Merc dual consoles, power poles etc. Loaded she gets between 72 and 74.
The guy at the classic expo was saying the 205 would see mid 70's and the 215 would see low to mid 70's. All depending on load, of course.
My 205/G2 combo runs 74-5 loaded in the cooler waters. 72-3 in the summer. I've not run it light to see what it would do but I'd expect 77-8 light. I run loaded to fish. Light speeds don't really make much difference to me.
I have a 215/250 Yamaha...Loaded 69...I have never ran it light so I can't help you there....Mine does have Power Poles, hyd jack plate

215 72-75mph
and it would not surprise me to see either go faster.
Those speeds are with one person.
F195 with 200 Opti light load 74mph
F195, 200 HO G2, 4" Atlas,24P Raker, 2 Heavyweights(250+), slap loaded w/ rods and tackle, 35-40 gallons fuel, 72mph @ 6K rpm
Those are some smoking numbers for a 19 foot 5 inch boat with a 200.
G2 strong!!! I’d love to see a good b&b’d 25 raker ho on that 195/G2 combo. I bet a little more pitch even at 200-250 less rpm’s gets another 1.5-2 mph!

I've just stumbled on to these boats. Impressive wide deck boat. It's now getting my attention.
Rode in a 215 today as a co angler. It’s a very impressive boat. The numbers quoted above on speed are legit. Fully tournament loaded today it ran 74, which is impressive for a boat this large. Best part is it will do it sideways on a wake, crossing wakes, and passing boats in irregular wave patterns. It keeps the nose up and I never felt it have any tendency to bite or hook even at high speeds in irregular water.
As far as space and comfort for a co angler, it is the best boat I’ve been in. My rods had plenty of room, and floor space allowed my bag and still enough room to sit comfortably. It made for a nice day.
I wouldnt have ever ever even looked at one to buy without the exposure to it I got today. There’s a good reason boat companies find good people to represent them as pros.
I just bought a 195 last week. Break-in is complete and with a full tank of fuel, full livewell, 2 people and a tournament load i ran 70 at 5850 rpms over the weekend. Working with the jackplate now to see if i get better numbers. Boat is Awesome.
