Please let us know how it does. A Fury normally likes to run a little deeper than other props so don’t count out lowering it if raising doesn’t increase the speed.

gps at 76.6 at 5700 with half tank of fuel, full livewell, tournament load, no passenger. 250 mercury pro XS optimax 2 powerpole 10’ blades, 8” atlas hydraulic jack plate, 25 pitch 3 blade fury prop, 112 fortrex. That was in early May so still a little cool. Down to around 74 now (mid June). I love this boat! The front deck is huge.

Is the 195 rated up to 225 hp or only 200hp?

Havent been on for a while been having fun in my 215 but with tournament loaded, 2 people, 5 batteries, 2 15' Talons, 80% of a full tank and live wells full was able to hit 70 on Sam. The water temp was 87. Still playing with the jack plate so I think there more to be had. RPM was in the 5800s. Now its time to start looking at props. But first I will be putting in my order in for some Lithium Pro batteries here in the next week. That will be a huge amount of wait out of the back.

That is pretty good for that kind of load. Have you had a chance to play with the jackplate?

I’d say the lithium’s will help a nice amount. Otherwise, you might ought to try a 24 RX4.
