Anyone ever gone out of here? I haven't run my Stratos in a few months and this is not far from me. Is it deep enough to run? Ive heard/read stories about the Belle Grove ponds, but I never knew if guys were taking fiberglass or aluminum boats there. I am not going to fish, just need to run my Mercury. Any info is helpful. Thanks
I have many times. Its a very narrow and shallow channel. Very easy to run aground In a few places. You can run that channel out into the harbor as well. I wouldn’t go into the ponds unless it’s high tide and it’s still rather sketchy. Unless you want to paddle back to the ramp missing a lower unit.
