Doing some work in back compartments and noticed 1” of standing water on driver side. Doesn’t seem to have a drain hole. I don’t want to drill one. Is there one that might be clogged? If so, where is it located? Thanks

Mine is the same way. I wouldn't drill a hole through it though! My only thinking is they do that to keep battery acid out of the bilge?
If I remember right there is a drain hole. I would bet it is just plugged up. Might need to take the battery out to find the hole.

I’ll poke around with a long screwdriver. It’s not worth taking battery out. I just soaked it all up with a couple of towels and left lid open. I’ll just keep an eye on it in future.
Should be a drain hole in the knee braces at the rear corner if not pretty easy to do with a drill bit.
mine has a drain hole, like a quarter inch hole, talk to the Jim at Charger about making it a half inch, said no problem.
I think it is in the corner of the battery tray closest to center of boat. I may be wrong though but check there. You would have to take battery out of tray to see it I think.

Thanks. There’s about 2-3” between battery and the back corner. Enough room to easily shove a bath towel and dry it.
corners, you can see signs of water marks on knee brace on the inside where the pumps are.
there should be a 3/8 hole on each side in the rear corner closes to the center of the boat ,it is through the knee brace not the floor so water can run out and into the bilge area .its fine to make them bigger if needed
Found it.
Should they be sealed with anything? Or is it ok to just drill the hole?

No. I'll keep an eye on it and see how often it happens. The starboard side has the cranking battery and is very easy to get to the drain hole. The port side has the 2 tm batteries and I would have to maneuver them to do have good clearance. For now, I'll probably just keep a wire back there that I can punch through the hole if it clogs.
