If your water pressure is still good, keep raising it. I thought the same thing but it actually got better. My holeshot is wayyy better as well. From the first day I got it from factory til today, I’d say I’ve raised mine every bit of a inch if not more. But my pressure is still good and no slipping. Of course, that was playing with it and moving it here and there at different times. Not all at once

It’s in storage right now, but the next time I go get it I will get measurements.
