Stay in it and make the turn and then come off pad, you will stay pretty dry. Tritons and Skeeters have somewhat rounded sides and the waves don't cause as much spray as they do hitting a flat surface.
It is not possible to stay dry with cross winds in any bass boat!

What I'm saying is there is no possible way to stay dry with a cross wind and rough water in a bass boat! There is just no way to keep the spray from hitting you. I don't care if you're in a ranger, basscat, champion, legend or what. It's just impossible. The boat is going to push the water out away from the boat the wind will pick up the sprat and you will get wet! Now, with absolutely no wind yes there are dry rides and my V20 is one of them but you add cross wind a it's a different story.

Finally got to run one of the 3 props.

24p fury 3 blade would only run 64mph. Hole shot is rocket fast though.

Rpms were 6400-6700. So right in the power band. Played with jack plate (hydrolic) and trim. Only made 2mph difference before toping our at 64mph

Great fishing prop, but not best for speed on my boat.

Hope to try the others next weekend.
