Question View screen captures on MFD

Saved screen captures to SD2. Verified in dispaly preference.
Should I be able to view them on the 1128 or 27 series?
Did what the manual said on page 56 to view captures but do not appear to be in the images folder or my data folder.

    Is this on a Raymarine?
VViewing an image on the MFDYou can use your MFD to view images such as
    screenshots.
    1. Ensure you have the memory card, containing
the image you want to view, inserted into a card
    reader slot.
    2. From the Homescreen, select My Data.
    3. Select My Files.
    The file browser is displayed.
    4. Use the file browser to locate the file.
    5. Select the file you want to view.
    The file will now open.
    Select Back or Close

    Yes. Raymarine e series.
    Have done as you suggest.
    No screen captures to select.
SD 2 is selected in display preference to save screen captures.
Does not appear to be happening.

Does it sound like its trying to take a snapshot?
Have you checked that the card is formatted to FAT32 I believe?

    Yes and yes.
Waypoints and tracks are saved on the SD2 card. No problem to import or export them. Issue only with screen capture.

Correction. Units are 127 and 128 A series not e.
    Simple fix.
I was touching the word screen capture on the screen.
I have to touch the camera dead center.
Hard to do in rough water.
Figured it out in a protected cove this morning.
Thanks for the attempt to help.
I was one command from calling technical support and looking like an idiot.
    Attempt much appreciated.
