190 vs reata prop help

no jack plate

I started with a high 5 25p. Great hole shot.

61.9mph gps @ rev limiter WOT (this is new as after new reeds I picked up 250-300 rpms with no increase in top speed)


Was given a 25 p tempest plus (14.625 diameter)

With no plugs really had to feather from 0 rpm or would blow out.

59.1 gps @5195 WOT

I figured I would use the tempest plus as a back up. Can this prop be worked plus b/b into a usable prop?

Pad to ground 19 inches

Unable to measure prop spindle to ground as it is not level where its parked.

Motor hung in middle hole

If tempest plus is not doable what should I try to trade for?

24" tempest will get your rpm's closer to where they should be. Check you prop to pad in a parking lot or just level the pad and put a board on the ground make sure it's level and measure to that.
