    Jack plate not working

    Just installed new cranking battery. Jack plate now does not work. Where is ground wire. Does it come out of relay?

    Start at the pump and find the two wires coming out of it. Red is Positive, Black it Negative,.follow them to make sure they are connected. If so, now check the fuse inline or in fuse panel. Next check the Switch. Gotta be there, or the pump is gone out.
