    I hate my Phoenix....

Has been in the garage this much at this point in the year. Ready to get it out and spend some time enjoying my “barge”

Sounds like you hate your garage for trapping your Phoenix.

Yup, that's why I had 40 wide x 50 long garage built a few short years after moving here. For the van and trailer all inside the building so I don't even have to unhitch the trailer, and if I do there is plenty of room to walk around and between them. With vehicle doors at both ends so I don't even have to back in, just drive thru. And no neighbors close to complain about a big building. I hate cities. lol

workin' on a solution, but I'm with you on the going nuts part - after knocking the snow off twice today I am. Would be nice to have it inside so I could work on her at all times of the night and day rain or shine.
