No kidding. I'm not sure what the draw is honestly, but kudos to them for getting the participation. The schedule didn't appeal to us much.
The draw is the guys running it. Rick & Kip are top notch guys, plus the group of anglers is great to be around.
Today's tournament was tough fishing for most, but overall it was well run.
Was impressed with the 40 boat turn out. Our day ended about 8 min after launch. Looks like we blew the motor. We made it to Turkey Point and had to use trolling motor to get back to the ramp. Was off the water before 9am. Hopefully Shady Creek can get us back in the game.
Looking forward to fishing a few of them.

Great to hear. I don't know the organizers, and my post wasn't meant to put down the circuit at all. Kansas Team Trail was well run by great guys, and Kansas Buddy Bass has always been too. Haven't seen those kind of boat numbers in those two circuits. I had wondered if the circuit was pulling a lot of Wichita and SE KS guys that might normally fish OK or other circuits closer to home. I see you're from Wichita area so maybe you can answer that. I'm honestly just curious.
