90hp optimax water mist coming out of air valve.

I have a 90 opti from 2008 1b692352 the previous owner was a hack. I changed out all filters, plugs, and fuel inj are rebuilt. Vst is clean. I purchased a fuel rail on ebay, since the fuel diaphram was pinched in the cover. Since i was in the area i checked the air diaphram. It was good. everything is clean and running smoothly. Only problem. I get a tremendous amount of water mist when i depress the air valve. Whats my next move?

Note: The fuel rail that i purchased on ebay was dismatled for the diaphram. Only the diaphram was used. And it worked good.
