    Louisiana Fishing

    What’s up guys! I am traveling Louisiana fairly often for work. My territory is Louisiana and Mississippi, I currently live in the Jackson area. I am usually done most afternoons by 5 maybe a tad earlier. Instead of sitting in a hotel room it would be nice to do some bank fishing. I was curious if anyone knew of a few good areas to try out? I travel the entire state but most overnight stays are around New Orleans area. I am not trying to steal anyone’s honey hole but would love a spot or two to go when I am down there once a month. Thanks in advance!

    If you’re in the city bank fishing, the City Park is your best bet for bass.

    I usually either stay in the city or Covington area. But I will drive a little ways of needed.

    My personal best came from the City Park this time of year. 8.5 pounds. Other places may be better for numbers but none will be better for size.
