I just wanted everyone to know that I have finally fixed my gauges. To make it short, all my gauges stopped working besides the tach. It was a Beede with the smartcraft in it. All other gauges would just blink the red lights in them. I changed the tach, link harness, main harness, junction box (smartcraft), cheched the wiring etc. Come to find out the trim gauge was bad. Because it was the first gauge in line after the tach and was not getting signal, it could not send signal to the other gauges.
So now I am a happy man. The boat is back up to par. I just wanted to let everyone know so hopefully it can help some one in the future.
I would also like to thank Richard for his help in this matter. Although he could not put his finger on the issue, he saved me a bunch of wasted money.
