Mega si transducer placement.

I'm replacing my 1199 with mega si. My question is if I put my new transducer in the same place as the existing one, will it work properly?

Should be close, plus you will have dedicated Down Imaging instead of composite Down Imaging. The mount holes are the same for the transom bracket.

The mounts are different so you if left enough height adjustment with the mount screws you can get them the same elevation.
