I have an 09 Ram with 115,000 miles on it. I was thinking that maybe I should change out the 02 sensors and mass aid flow sensor to hopefully help with mileage, although I'm not getting any codes. Do you think it's worth the expense to do this?

Your better off making sure the air pressure in your tires are good, run a fuel injector cleaner, replace fuel filter if you have one, and replace air filter on a regular basis. No need to swap oxygen sensors & you can clean the MAF sensor.
clean the throttle body as well.

It's not worth the money to change the O2 sensors and the mass airflow sensor unless it's causing an issue the O2 sensors have very little to do with fuel mileage only to adjust the fuel ratio. And the Upstream O2 sensors are the only ones that do that. The mass air flow sensor only is reading the barometric pressure and the ambient temperature of the air that is induced into the throttle body you're better off running two or three bottles of some good injector cleaner and cleaning the throttle body. Do what post 2 and I have said to do and you should be fine
Put a sail in the bed and run some sea foam
Thanks guys! Not you Jerry!
