    When I was there earlier in the year I was told there was new ownership and money was being spent, upgrades were being done.

    Here's the new RV location in Tarpon Springs area.
    And prices do not include HOA fees, etc. Ouch!!!!!

    "Sales will open in March and deposits taken from interested buyers for the loft-style one-and two-bedroom solar-paneled cottages. Prices for the 400-to-500-square foot cottages, which can be purchased fully furnished and equipped, start at $250,000. Meanwhile prices for the 3,200-square-feet RV lots start at $150,000. The RV lots come equipped with 100-amp electric service, cable, water and sewer. Owners also have the option of putting their cottages and lots in the club's rental program."

    Universal or Disney you say?? It's screwed up already. Really starting to suck here.

    Maybe if bass pro comes they will use some of their financial leverage to get the lake managed better.

    All i know is I was able to call yesterday for a room Saturday night and had no problem booking at $85 per night at the Liar's Lodge (Camp Mack 40 room motel).

    Isn't JM supposed to be buying either Bassworld or GA boys on the St. Johns? Guy Harvey is building a big resort over in Cedar Key too.
