    Does this sound right?

Bought 3 Duracell AGM 31s from Sam's. charged them to full 12.6 volts, was out in the garage and turned Pandora on for 1 hour and fifteen minutes which turns on the Sonic Hub module and 1 HDS-7 to control it, I saw the power when I turned it off went down to 12.1, does this seem right for that short time, will be running the 2 HDSs, live well pump, structure scan module and the sonic hub at same time.

You can't trust readings on electronics. Those voltages can't be measured accurately because of the way they are wired. Readings straight from the battery terminals are the only good numbers.

Those batteries should be fully charged at 12.80V measured at the terminals. It's likely for several hours after charging that the voltage will remain at around 13.2V on the batteries unless you start using them. If you start using them, the voltage will fall fairly quickly to 12.80V.
If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
    nothing else matters.

Obviously your measuring device is in error. The full charge at 12.6 is way outside the ballpark.

Measured at the batteries and have 13.13-13.14-13.15 after the charger shut off

Talked to Dual Pro and they said to let the charger run constantly and not to turn it off, that's what it's designed to do.
