haze? not sure as these cannot be polished out.
the new ones are not terribly expensive and most are made here in AR if memory serves me correctly. mine have a sticker on the side w/ the makers info.
I would reach out to them and ask if you can buy directly or have a decal/screen print made to put over it.
no one looks through them anyway.

I’ve polished several for customers when there boats are being sanded and buffed....it’s doable but very time consuming.

You can use 3M Perfect it 1, 2, and 3 with the correct 3 pads on a DA that are used with the 3M product. I have also done some fine sanding followed by a 3000 grit compound and a wool pad followed by the 3 steps above. If you don’t have experience these windshields and windscreens are tough. Also the products needed can get expensive.

High gloss vinyl wrap??? Doesn't rid the problem, but hides it. Maybe a hydrodip as well???

Plexiglass ?? I use the orange bottle of liquid NU finish Polish, used for years on my Goldwing M/C since new and Ski Boat w/s. besides on the various vehicle's , for the shine, and easier than car waxing.. And it also makes bug splats come off easy.
