Since I was a little kid I’ve dreamt of getting a new Ranger Boat. 12 years ago I was able to get a used 1997 Bassmaster Classic edition 482 vs. It was awesome and I loved it but the dream remained. In late December the Mrs. said it was time and I could get a new one. A Z185 seemed to meet our needs so I called the dealer. They told me they had a scheduled build that was due for completion in mid March. If I wanted it, I could have it and pick out the options and stuff...so we agreed. The boat arrived at the dealer earlier this week and I was able to go down today and pick it up!!! During my on the water orientation with the dealer all was not perfect...the speedometer on the dash didn’t work, the icon 3.5 wasn’t reading speed either and the trim gauge at the dash wasn’t working properly. . It would be easy to come on here and rant and rave but I can’t. I am too happy and excited. My dream is now reality. I have no doubt the dealer will get it taken care of. The pride and joy I feel is beyond description!! In the little time I had today to play with it, the ultrex seems like it is for real!!! I know this is long winded and maybe a bit sappy but I bet some if not most of you understand. Thanks.
