    I don't have anything official currently, but I know it took 16lbs to win. There were only 8 boats.

    That's correct. You only have to fish one of the qualifying events and no matter how you place you automatically qualify for the state championship. It also makes you eligible to fish the NTBA so long as you pay their dues.
