a98 Chart Display

I have a98 19.03 updates. Use Navionics Platinum+ maps.

I am not able to display the US/Canada border on Lake Erie.

My Navionics on my phones show the border.

Any suggestions?

On my Navionics+ chip, which is a few years old, I had to first down load onto the chip the area I wanted installed on it from a computer.
When you install the chip in the unit you have select the sonar map to see the contour lines.

I have all contour lines, just not the US border line.

Go to Raymarine and there is a forum there with some great help

You mention 19.03, did you have the lines before an update? Trying to determine if this is new issue or something ongoing.

Current software is version 19.03, so we are food there.

Good question, I have never had them. I need to fire up my 2003, RL70 to see the Border.

I'd suggest calling Navionics. The units read the information on the chart card. Typically, if the information is there we read it, if not, we don't.

If the chart card and your phone are the same chart, it will read different. Make sure you are comparing apples to apples.
