    Promax 24 vs 25

So, I know the Tempests and Bravos are based on even pitched props and the +.5, +1, and +1.5 are all just more cupped versions of the even pitch. Is the Promax the same way? Is the 25" Promax just a more pitched version of the 24"?

Not sure but the 27 is a pitched down 28 so the 25 could be a pitched down 26.

Well Sh*t then. I was able to hit 6100 with a 24 with my SHO before I slung a blade and was going to order a 25 to replace it. I don;t want to give up any bow lift if the 25 is a decupped 26 though.

That's a lot of coin to not be sure. Some more feedback from others who've run one would be nice.

Promax’s are opposite of bravos. Even pitched promax’s are the heaviest cup and thw odd pitches have less cup. As an example a 27 promax is a 28 with less cup.

Got it. So I'm able to hit 6100 at 73mph reliably with two guys on the boat with the 24. I'm really looking at it just for a cooler weather prop. I'm hoping a 25 puts me right about 5950rpm and not down around 5800. Think that would be about right?
